We MUST obtain greater H-2B cap certainty prior to the 2024 election. To this end, we are co-hosting an H-2B Fly-In on May 22nd. It is timed to be shortly before the House FY25 DHS Appropriations mark-up hearing. This is a critical fly-in and our goal is for 150+ employers in attendance.
You should plan to arrive on the 21st. You can either fly home the evening of the 22nd or the 23rd. If you fly home on the 22nd, try to book a flight for 5:00 PM or later.
HOTEL: We are staying at the Waldorf Astoria, formerly Trump DC. The rate is higher than we would like but it was comparable to other hotels for that week and given the proximity and quality of the hotel, we felt the Waldorf was the best option. Click here to access the group rate.

BREAKFAST: There will be a breakfast the morning of the 22nd. We will go over the talking points and hand out packets with all relevant information.
