Gray Delany
Executive Director, Seasonal Employment Alliance

Gray Delany is the Executive Director of the Seasonal Employment Alliance (SEA). SEA is a national trade association dedicated to ensuring the viability of the temporary, non-immigrant H-2B visa program for seasonal businesses. Prior to joining SEA, Gray was the campaign manager for Michael Del Rosso for Congress in Virginia and was one of the two staffers who ran Dave Brat's successful primary campaign against House Majority Leader Eric Cantor in 2014. He is co-author of the book on the campaign titled How to Bag a RINO. Gray was educated at the University of Richmond and resides in Charlottesville, Virginia.

Frank Gasperini JR, CAE

Frank Gasperini serves as an association business management advisor to SEA.

Prior to joining SEA, Frank held a variety of sales, marketing, and professional association staff positions in agricultural industries including E.I. Dupont, Lesco, Van Waters & Rogers, and RISE/CropLife America, and as President & CEO for the National Council of Agricultural Employers (NCAE) from whom he retired in 2017. Frank also serves part-time, under contract, as President and CEO for the Agricultural Safety & Health Council of America (ASHCA), a 501c3 educational association dedicated to workplace safety in agricultural production. Frank’s background includes both specialty and production agricultural sales, marketing, government issues, and association management. At RISE Frank served as Director, Government Relations and managed state and federal legislative and regulatory issues for the association.

A native of Ohio, Frank received Bachelor and Master of Science degrees in Agriculture from The Ohio State University and his MBA from Keller Graduate School of Management, Chicago. Frank earned his Certified Association Executive (CAE) credentials in 2006.
