2026 SEA Labor Forum

Join us for our Annual 2026 Labor Forum 2026 February 3-5, 2026, at the beautiful Lowes Ventana Canyon Resort located at the base of the Santa Catalina Mountains in Tucson, Arizona.

For our first time, SEA will convene in beautiful Arizona. Attendees should expect an action packed two days filled with presentations and panels from vendors, recruiters, our D.C. consultants and U.S. government officials.

The meeting will be held at Loews Ventana Canyon Resort. Loews Ventana Canyon Resort is a luxury hotel in Tucson, AZ, located in the scenic Catalina Foothills. It features beautiful desert views, relaxing spa treatments, and a peaceful atmosphere. The design is inspired by architect Frank Lloyd Wright, with unique touches like natural stone and open spaces. Members can enjoy stargazing, a quiet adults-only pool, golf and direct access to dessert hiking trails.
