The 2025 SEA Strategy Session and Retreat, hosted by SEA members Peter Foster and Erika Christie, will be September 9-12, 2025 in beautiful York Harbor, Maine at the Stage Neck Inn.
Join us for this meeting that has been strategically timed at the start of the 2026 H-2B season. By mid-September, we should have a good idea of the Trump administration’s H-2B policy as well as the anticipated cap projection for the 2026 season. Leaving this meeting, you will be armed with cutting edge information and analysis which will put you in the best possible position to receive your workers on time for your 2026 season.
Incorporating feedback from previous meetings, we plan to add a seminar on federal agency case studies. We will review issues faced by agents and facilitators with DOL, USCIS and State and will go over the steps we took to address the issues and whether we were successful or not. We will also review the worker protection rule and provide examples, if any, of employers who have been investigated or had their petitions held up because of the new rule.
