Please join us for our 2026 Fall Strategy Meeting and Retreat at the historic Greenbrier Resort in beautiful White Sulphur Springs,WV. The meeting agenda is tailored to our member agent and attorneys. Topics include expected cap relief and processing timelines for FY27. We will also cover federal agency issues and filing do’s and don’ts. Given the proximity to D.C., we expect that several government officials will attend.

6:00 PM- 8:00 PM- Welcome Reception, Spring Room at The Greenbrier

Wednesday, October 7th

8:00 AM- 9:00 AM- Breakfast, Crystal Room at The Greenbrier

9:00 AM- 12:00 PM- General Meeting Sessions, Crystal Room at The Greenbrier

12:00 PM- 1:00 PM- Lunch, Crystal Room at The Greenbrier

1:00 PM- Onwards- Optional Activities (private bunker tour, golf, or falconry)

6:00 PM- 9:00 PM- Reception and Dinner, Cameo Ballroom at The Greenbrier

Thursday, October 8th

8:00 AM- 9:00 AM- Breakfast, Crystal Room at The Greenbrier

9:00 AM- 12:00 PM- Conclusion of General Meeting Sessions, Crystal Room at The Greenbrier

1:00 PM- Onwards- Optional Activities (golf on The Old Course, clay shooting, or guided hike)

5:00 PM- 6:00 PM- Croquet & Cocktails, Lawn at The Greenbrier

6:00 PM- Onwards- Dinner on own
